Booked in here with Katie last month after reading such glowing reviews but unfortunately on arrival to my appointment was given another hairdresser. The haircut was fine but very unhappy with these 2000’s era highlights which I’ve been trying to hide under a hat since! 🫣 Requested subtle caramel highlights on my dark hair & got these very unblended stripy, yellow highlights which has left my hair in terrible condition. This cost £163 and I’m now waiting to see a different hairdresser elsewhere to hopefully have this fixed 🫣 Seems a nice salon but would be careful to make sure you are definitely booked in with the person you want!

I had the most amazing experience with Lydia, from start to finish everything was perfect. I had a back, shoulders and neck massage followed by a facial, and I genuinely left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Lydia was incredibly professional, warm and attentive, taking the time to understand exactly what I needed and making sure I was comfortable throughout. The massage relieved so much tension, and the facial left my skin glowing. You can really tell she’s passionate about what she does and incredibly knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend Lydia enough and will 100% be booking again. Such a lovely experience. ✨

I had my hair coloured at Ray of Ginger with Luna and couldn’t be happier with the result. Luna was very professional, took the time to listen to what I wanted, and gave expert advice that really suited my hair. The colour turned out beautifully — exactly what I was hoping for. The salon has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and the whole experience felt calm and well organised. I would highly recommend Ray of Ginger and Luna to anyone looking for high-quality hair colouring. I’ll definitely be back.

I had a great experience at Ray of Ginger, The salon was spotless and everyone was very friendly. Luna has a great eye for hair colour. She understood my needs and I love ❤️ the result. My hair looks great and much healthier than ever before. Can’t wait to go back to the salon. 👌

I love Ray of Ginger! I started with Beauty by Caroline at RoG, having known Caroline for many years. She is a lovely person and a brilliant beautician, who takes great care of you. I then started going to Katie for my hair, when my hairdresser of many years retired. Katie is also brilliant, an excellent colourist and a beautiful cutter! My hair is in great condition and often complimented. The salon has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
