Paul cut my daughter’s hair (aged 5) and did a brilliant job. We were given a warm welcome, Paul made sure to chat to her and put her at ease before starting the cut, and checked that both myself and my daughter were happy with everything as the haircut progressed. She felt grown up and special as a result. Great haircut and great salon, although it’s only our 2nd visit I wouldn’t go elsewhere now for my daughter’s hair, and I’ve now booked for myself.

I’ve been a loyal client of my hairdresser Amy for years now, and I’ve continued to follow her since she’s been at Reframe. Her talent is truly exceptional!! She is the only hairdresser who has ever been able to understand and consistently bring my exact vision to life. Every appointment leaves me feeling confident and completely happy with the result. Beyond Amy’s incredible skill, the atmosphere at Reframe is genuinely welcoming and homely. From the moment you walk in, you can tell it’s a positive and supportive environment. All of the stylists work so well together, and it’s really lovely to see them uplifting and supporting one another. It makes the whole experience feel relaxed, friendly, and enjoyable. Even though we are moving away from the area, I will absolutely continue to attend Reframe, that’s how much I trust and value both the salon and Amy’s work. I couldn’t recommend this salon highly enough, not only for the amazing vibes and warm environment, but especially for Amy, whose talent and dedication keep me coming back every time 😊

I had such a lovely experience at Reframe. The salon was clean, relaxed, and welcoming, with great music playing that really added to the atmosphere. Amy took the time to really listen to what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions based on her expertise, which I really appreciated. Paul also shared great advice on hair aftercare. I was absolutely delighted with the results, the colour was perfect, and Amy styled my hair beautifully as I was heading out for a meal that evening. I’ll definitely be going back and would highly recommend them!

First time getting my hair cut here and it was great. Amy listened to exactly what I wanted and I'm so pleased with the result! The blow-dry has even lasted overnight and my hair still looks styled this morning (which has never happened to my hair before)! Thank you 😊

Fab visit to get my curls sorted and freshened up today. Alex was massively helpful with guiding me towards the best colour options and Amy did a great job with the cut and bringing the curls out. Really happy and enjoyed the whole vibe of the salon. Thanks guys! Will be back again xx
