I came here for the first time, I met Zara who worked here and she talked me through how to use all the machines. I then realised a few days later I was missing my favourite shirt, I went back in and she had it behind the counter for me. Lovely staff!!!

Very happy that I chose this laundry because they did a very good job of cleaning my duvet. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I couldn't tell who was who and I had to guess as the staff was mixed up with customers. If a company apron or something like this worn by staff would be very helpful.

Our go to dry cleaner and laundrette. Staff always friendly and always a great quality clean. Have needed to use laundrette services recently as our washing machine was unplugged during house renovations and all came back very nice. I took my woolen mattress topper to be dry cleaned as the label instructed. It has come back to me significant smaller and the wool has completely lost its texture. I beleive they washed it and dried it even though I asked for it to be dry cleaned. It is completely ruined. I can't afford to replace it so I will be containing them as this is completely unacceptable
