After a very unusual nail issue after visiting the salon the other week I emailed to explain what was happening and to say I was a bit disappointed with the end result. It's definitely not the norm as I've had my nails done there many times very successfully. My email was acknowledged immediately and one of the managers who was on her day off insisted on coming in especially to re- do my nails so I was happy. The salon is often fully booked and so I really appreciated this gesture. Elanor was nothing short of professional, and friendly and even kept my boisterous children occupied so I could actually get the task finished ! Wouldn't hesitate to rebook. I have a facial once a month and it's absolute bliss. The room always smells divine and the relaxation starts the second I walk in. For me, the way my skin looks and feels afterwards is just the icing on the cake. It's all about the pampering!

Booked a full body massage through buy a gift for me and my mum and it was the best massage we have ever had. From the moment we arrived we felt so relaxed and looked after and the massage it self was just amazing. We can highly recommend them.

Have always had a positive experience here. I have had massages, wax treatments and bought gift vouchers from here. It is not cheap, but great customer service, nice atmosphere and good high end products used for treatments.
