Review for BP Roundhay, Leeds I’m genuinely disappointed by the shocking experience I had at BP Roundhay. I’ve been a regular customer for months and have spent over £2,600 here recently — I even have screenshots to prove it. You’d think that kind of loyalty would mean something, but apparently not. I bought a simple wire from this station, and it turned out to be completely faulty. When I went back to exchange it, I was met with rude, dismissive, and unhelpful staff who refused to do anything about it. There was no apology, no courtesy, and absolutely no effort to resolve the issue. For a brand as established as BP, this level of customer service is unacceptable. The arrogance and lack of respect shown by the staff were disgraceful — especially towards someone who has supported their business consistently. This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in this branch. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and I strongly urge BP to review the conduct and attitude of the staff at Roundhay before more loyal customers walk away. Thank you for your response, but I need to clarify that my negative experience at your site didn’t start or end with the faulty wire. In the past, during one of my visits to refuel, I dealt with a staff member named Abdullah, whose behaviour was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. From my experience, he showed absolutely no understanding of customer service or basic courtesy. Your staff member Navin was present at the time and witnessed the situation. Abdullah was laughing at me for no reason, and I even asked him directly if I had said anything funny. The moment I questioned him, he instantly went silent — as if he had something to be proud of. It felt like he genuinely believed he had “won” something by refusing to replace the faulty wire earlier. This was not a one-off misunderstanding; it was a clear display of arrogance and a complete lack of respect towards a loyal customer. No one should have to deal with that kind of behaviour, especially at a branded and reputed business like BP. I expect this matter to be taken seriously. Experiences like this are exactly why customers lose trust in a location. And after seeing a response from you i just went back for refuel my car, i hope you can investigate this matter and take action accordingly.

Really rude staff. Leave you waiting with your parcels even if you’re first to be served. Why offer Yodel services if you do not care about customer service for the provider

Don't bother going if you're a motorcyclist. They will treat you like a criminal. Silly gestures from the window about helmet removal. Plainly rude staff. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Within 10 minutes of leaving this petrol station and only using my card in this place all day, £1200 fraudulently left my account and when I rang to let them know that their card machine probably had a skimmer on it they didn't seem to care. Be careful and check when paying here.

The machine don’t work to wash your car. And the staff on the tills are rude.
