Hello I struggle speaking English but the engineer was so helpful he managed to help me and my family in an emergency. Dec1 we had no heating or hot water on an old boiler and the engineer managed to repair and get our hot water and heating back on. So grateful will be recommending to our polish community. Thank you Core PHG. Amazing service

Had a plumbing leak sorted and it was dealt with quickly. They found the issue, fixed it properly, and made sure everything was dry and secure before leaving. The whole thing felt calm and well handled.

Absolutely brilliant engineer who came out to repair my boiler on sunday 4th of January, explained the fault and everything he had done to rectify the problem,,he was also very polite and chatty. Wish I had got his name to mention him personally. Many thanks.

I paid £900 to this company for new parts to be fitted to my boiler, within days it stopped working and started to leak, I messaged, emailed and called them and they just ignore all my messages. Absolutely disgusting service, I would definitely stay clear of this company, I will be spreading the word to everyone I know to stay away from them.

Very pleased to see Core turn up when I had an ongoing boiler breakdown with my service contract providers Corgi. Have been lucky enough to be sent a Core engineer in the past, and true to form, boiler appears to be back up and running. Highly recommended. Thanks again..
