Alex from Norton Plumbing recently completed two bathroom refurbishments for us and did an absolutely excellent job. He was professional, clean, thorough, and clearly very skilled. He replaced an old Jacuzzi bath with a new one, fitted a glass shower screen, redid pipework and tiling, and installed a new rain shower, handheld shower, and new taps. He also replaced a shower door in our downstairs bathroom. All the work was completed to a very high standard, and Alex was friendly and responsive to our feedback throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a new bathroom or refurbishment!

Would definitely recommend Alex and Norton Plumbing. We had a total refurbishment of our bathroom which involved fully ripping out the old facilities, installing a bath, new shower, new sink, new toilet etc, replaster of the room along with significant behind the scenes plumbing work and repair to the walls. We found Alex to be so friendly and professional, it was really nice having him round the house and he was very considerate about our needs (for example he would always inform us in advance if the water needed to be off for an hour or two or if the toilet needed to be disconnected). The quality of the work was absolutely brilliant and he gave us some really good advice about what would work best in the bathroom. We liked the work and Alex so much we even tried to persuade him to do our kitchen too!

Alex arrived very promptly when we had an emergency water leak from our shower. He dealt with the problem very effectively and in a totally professional manner, in the two visits we had from him. I'm very happy to recommend him and we'll definitely use him again in the future when needed. Nov 2025 - Alex did an excellent job replacing our shower enclosure. The quality of the work once again was exceptional and we would highly recommend his services.

Alex was fantastic for us. He came round very quickly, even though it was a small job and we hadn’t had him before. He immediately diagnosed the issue and explained the technical stuff really clearly, offering us options. Communication was great throughout, he was on time and reliable on both occasions and we find him really friendly and easy to get on with. Superb service provided by Alex at Norton Plumbing. We had a leak and Alex arrived within 30 minutes. He fixed the problem in no time at all (despite it being a very cramped space to work in!) and did a super job of clearing up the mess that had been made by the leak!
