I wish to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by your firm. My experience was extremely disappointing, as I found the solicitors involved to be unprofessional, lacking in proper communication, and inattentive to the needs of my case. Did NOT do there job what so ever, have been waiting 1 and a half year to not get any results, Kashif messed my case up very badly and azar had nothing to say about it but argue with me. I would not recommend, stay away from Roundhay Soliicitors/ Beechwood Solicitors. They will accept your case just to ether mess it up, or do nothing at all about it, waste of my time. They dont do any work when your not there watching them, the only time they work on your case is when your actually there with them otherwise they just put you to the back of the queue and forget about you. My official document have been stuck at the home office/ liverpool passport office with threats of disguardment but no help is being provided by this firm. DO NOT USE IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR TIME WASTED. ZERO STARS.

Do not use this solicitor they are bad news. They don’t give the right documentation to home office and don’t give you the right information as to what documents you need to give for your visa…

Horrible place worst ever took payment and did not even start the job said they would give me a refund now the main guy in charge azar hides and doesn't be at the office and does not pick up my calls he more bothered about drinking his jack Daniels and sending drunk texts
