Best bakery in the area, and best Cooplands out of them all in Leeds. So friendly and they make a REAL effort to make the sandwiches perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the produce, really makes a difference to my day having a decent meal! The cakes etc are incredible too. Thank you so much, you’re all lovely people and I really appreciate what you do.

Lady with short hair is extremely rude for no reason. Her tone would switch to a rude and arrogant as soon as she spoke to me, was fine when communicating with her colleague though. This has to be addressed, she has big behaviour issue.

I’ve been here half a dozen times and 5 out of the 6 times I’ve been served a very cold old pasty. Not sure what the system is with fresh food but surely they need to either keep the food warm or not serve it really cold. Staff also seem miserable and not friendly; especially the woman who makes cakes in her spare time, completely ignored me as some customer of hers was at the shop so got talking to him for quite some time before I got served.

One of the workers was extremely rude and shouted at my elderly family member who has hearing difficulties. This is completely unacceptable and our family will not be returning. This is not a one off incident the staff member in question is known for her rudeness and has a serious attitude problem. This needs to be urgently addressed, bullying elderly people trying to buy a sandwich is shameful behaviour. Management need to urgently address this for other people in the community.
