An annoyed customer! I asked the Welsh lady to hold a jacket for me for 1 day as most of the shops on this side do, in the past she has but on this occasion to my surprise she refused. When I left the store and later walked by I saw her remove the jacket assuming she was putting it away for me. I went in the next day to purchase and she told me that it had sold, this was clearly not true. This is not fair customer service as the items are not to benefit staff but are to be sold to the general public. In the past I have also opened my businesses doors to have St George’s crypt and this lady come out to raise money by selling to my clients, and I’m disappointed to have experienced this treatment after giving so generously in the past.

Lovely to return here after lockdown I came with my friend as it was her support group the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating see you all soon I hope
