Your alarm goes off EVERY EVENING. Whilst people are trying to have a drink at Hesco and other local places. Very very annoying. Not once, but twice and sometimes 3 times. Every single night. Other people, who don’t know it’s from your very outdated system, always have to get up to check if it’s their car alarm. Sort it out. Such a bloody nuisance !!!!

Dont place online orders, the website is useless and will just cause you pain and effort, i wasted at least an hour of my life dealing with Oaks Boutuque. I placed 2 orders for the same 2 items, first order was cancelled after a week because an Item was out of stock, I reordered a week later as it came back in stock and the other Item was out of stock, which i found out from my girlfriend a week later with only one item received in the post, no effort for contact from Oaks. A very lethargic approach to the website and online orders, I would avoid at all costs to save yourself the hassle and effort.

Very poor customer service received today at the Wetherby shop. I had to return a pair of trousers due to faulty zip, first time on today - no apology, not even a sorry for the inconvenience - was told 'Well I haven't had any others back, I'll have to check if you can have a refund ...... arghhhh!!! When will shops learn good customer service means repeat business!!! (Had to fill one start in to progress - otherwise it would have been zero!)
