Clean store, used it to return parcels to evri. The printer is located right next to the entrance, so you are in a way to other customers. I also somehow became staff's storage assistant and been asked if I could move the parcels to the corner of the store. I won't be using their services again. Thank you.

This place has gone downhill since it changed hands and stopped being a OneStop. My main gripes are the opening hours and their unreliability as a Hermes drop-off point. The prices have gone up considerably and the variety of products has reduced but I don’t go there to do a big shop so it doesn’t affect me so much. Opening hours The shop doesn’t open at 8 on Saturday or 9 on Sunday as it says on the shop front. I have been along after 10 on a Saturday and it has still been closed. I asked the lady working in the charity shop next door if there was a reason they were closed and she said they just do what they want on a weekend and it’s usually after 10 on Saturday or Sunday. I have suggested an edit to the opening hours on Google and out 10am to save other people wasting their time too - hopefully that will be achievable. I wouldn’t mind the later opening if that was the hours advertised. Hermes - You get a message saying you have a parcel ready to collect (say 0830 on a Saturday ) so you go along thinking you will be able to collect it - nope. Closed. Presumably someone is either marking the parcels as ready to collect in the back or Hermes send the message during what they think are the shop’s opening hours. - You get a message during a weekday to say you have a parcel to collect. You go to collect it - nope. Sign on door saying “back in 5mins”. - You go to drop off a Hermes parcel. “Sorry, we can’t take any more - they haven’t been to collect in days, I have hundreds of parcels in the back that I’m liable for.” You go to any other Hermes drop-off point in the area and ask them if they’ve had any trouble with Hermes not collecting “no, never heard of anything like that.” - You go to print a Hermes label - nope. The printer is broken. For days at a time. Actually, writing this, I think I need to complain to Hermes separately…I’m sure they want places that can reliably provide a service during the hours they are supposed to be open.

Wasted 40 mins going to this place. It's supposed to be a Hermes drop off where they can package your items for you according to Hermes and Amazon. The clerk said they don't do that and you need to package the items yourself. They don't even sell tape. What a farce and waste of time!! Don't bother

I was really impressed with staff (sorry I didn't catch your name) who was super helpful with collecting my parcel and went above and beyond for me.

Frequently visit here to send parcels and the service from the staff is good and friendly. Products and prices are alright, not too bad
