The Refilling Station - Wholefoods and Refills

The best organic food store in the area! I buy coffee, olive oil and dried fruits here — the taste is amazing. The Wholefoods department was very impressed: there are always fresh supplies and many unique items that are difficult to find in chain stores. Special thanks for the wide selection of vegan products. The prices are fully justified by the quality, and the lack of extra packaging is a huge bonus for the planet.

Not brilliant customer service. The staff just talked amongst themselves. Just a quick "hi" and then back to talking. The shop has a decent range of household items for a fair price, and I like the concept of only buying what I need. Re: It was my first time in the store, and I had some questions, as I could see small paper bags, and I was hoping to buy some lentils, but I didn't know if I'm supposed to bring my own container. I was in there for a few minutes, stood on the elevated part of the shop floor. I would of liked to speak to a member of staff, but they were engrossed in their conversation about what a client had purchased and left behind, then about accounts, and then about the condition of their nails. I'm not one to interrupt, so I left after a little while. I'm open to trying to shop here again, as the messaging is important to me.

Jeremy's wife, Lou here. Love this shop. It's packed with good, health giving and beautiful stuff and the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We can refill all our toiletries, bathroom, kitchen and cleaning liquids here and it feels good to be reducing our plastic waste. We can refill our spice jars too with high quality, fresh spices. And we can get cleaning cloths and scouring pads that are all natural too. We've bought, among other things, beautiful soaps, lip balm, toothpaste, loofas, back scrubs, vegetable scrubs, dried and canned beans, nuts, nondairy milks, delicious, organic, free range eggs, metal drinking straws, greetings cards, lovely candles, other lovely gifts and delicious chunky chocolate. The different layout makes everything even easier to access and it feels lovely and airy. The quality is consistently the best and when I walk in the shop I always feel like I'm in for a treat and I'm happy and confident I'm doing myself and my family good.
