I placed an order for two hoodies for my daughter almost a month ago. At the time, the staff were friendly and promised the items would be ready by the following week. However, after taking my payment, I received no updates. I’ve visited the shop multiple times, and each time I’ve been given a different excuse. Today, my husband went again to check, and once again, we were told the order would be delayed—this time until the 6th of September. This is completely unacceptable. My daughter is anxious about starting school, and I made sure to do her uniform shopping early to avoid this exact situation. The lack of communication and accountability is shocking. They should be ashamed of the way they treat customers. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable service or timely delivery.

Seemed okay at first, all friendly before they took my money. Tried to tell me the school doesn't provide book bags and I need need buy one - so be careful with them trying to sell you things things don't need. Back late July, I was told that after a week, I would be called when personalised PE top ready for collection. On 4 Sept, with no contact, I went to the shop. No top there for collection, I didn't have the collection slip they gave me and this irriated the guy somewhat and he was very rude. However, this surely should only be needed when collecting the top and a better system in place for order tracking? The top wasn't even there to collect. Eventually after 20 minutes, it was located at the print shop. No apology. Told it would be posted to me within a week and I left my contact details. Very bad attitude considering I'm heavily pregnant and did the uniform shopping early for a reason. Forward to today. Shop adamant they delivered the top the same day I went into see where it was even though I have still not received it. No apology. The lady kept repeating "there is no doubt it has been delivered" and was not listening to anything else said and was dismissive. Well there is a doubt. I haven't got it. She didn't deliver it personally either so can't possibly know it was delivered to the correct address. Also said photos of the door it was delivered to as proof of postage only last a week on their system. Absolute rubbish. No apology for the delay. Kept repeating it had been delivered and she was quite honestly infuriating and didn't care. This is an honest review. Rude staff and the worst customer service I have come across in many years. Shop very dusty and needs a good clean. Left shop and spent extra money on a PE top at another local, friendly and clean school uniform shop as my daughter needs this and I've been waiting 8 weeks for a top that is never going to arrive. Message to the owners: you can reply how you like trying to justify this. Above is my experience of your shop and you should be ashamed of your customer service and the way you treat people that are giving you business. Starting with apologies and then solutions would help your business a lot! I will be doing the opposite to recommending your shop.

Very much like the owner. She suggested to try on jumpers before purchase. And told me how to look after the jumpers. Good prices. Ended buying more than a jumper thank you again

I collected my order from the Wish app which saved on the postage costs. This service happens to be in a school uniform shop. Straight forward process.

Waited outside for 10 mins for them to open, still didnt open. Called them three times, no-one answered. Could clearly see two men inside. (I'm not crazy they said they would open at 1:30, its 1:40)
