Fit20 was perfect for me! I really appreciated the precise guidance and totally customized workout - not too hard, not too easy. My coach Vicky was so friendly, encouraging, helpful, and easy to talk to. I felt a big difference in my body after about a few weeks. I'm stopping now due to personal circumstances but I will definitely sign up again in the future. Thanks Fit20!

From the moment I walked into Fit20 Moortown, I felt a completely different energy from any other gym or fitness environment I've experienced before. The induction was nothing short of exceptional – thorough, unrushed, and genuinely personal. Kieran (I hope I've spelt your name correctly!) took the time to explain everything in detail, carefully walking me through what to expect and what would be expected of me to get the most out of my sessions. What truly stood out was how much he listened. He asked thoughtful questions about my health, my goals, and my current mental and physical state. I’m doing this not just to build strength, but also for my mental health following the heart-breaking loss of my wife only 5 months ago. Kieran was kind, patient, and compassionate, giving me space when I needed it – even as the emotions took over at times. That level of understanding and empathy is something you simply don’t find often. He introduced me to some initial exercises to help me get a feel for the training style, emphasising the importance of posture, breathing (which I often need gentle reminders about!), control, and pace. The 1-1 attention is incredible – no distractions, no pressure – just focused guidance that already feels tailored to me. Yes, it’s a more premium cost than your typical gym membership, but honestly, it feels like an investment in me. The level of personalisation, support, and professional care is unmatched. The induction and sign-up process was detailed but efficient, and by the time I got home, I’d already received my weekly session timetable. And to end it all off, I received a thoughtful starter gift to mark the beginning of this new journey for my physical and mental wellbeing. A lovely personal touch. Kieran was genuinely so kind and warm – I couldn’t help but give him a hug. Right now, I really need something that not only keeps me health-focused, but also gives me a positive distraction and something to look forward to. Fit20 is easy to fit in around my busy work schedule. I started my fitness journey with John a few weeks ago and due to his encouragement am already seeing marked progress and feeling stronger each week. It’s really convenient and it’s just you and your trainer working together not a room full of people.

I was initially quite sceptical, but I have been going weekly to Fit20 at Moortown (Leeds) since November 2023 and I have seen results in my strength, flexibility and energy, and even in my diabetes control, even though I have Type 1 diabetes. I feel comfortable, not judged and well-supported every time I go.

Myself and my wife signed up for an initial 6 months of training at fit20 and we enjoy it so much we have signed up for another 6 months. Kieran and his team are expert personal trainers. We train with Vicky who not only is a credit to her profession, but she really understands the limits of the individual and how to comfortably push you to them. The results are felt after just a couple of sessions and it’s great to see the progress we’ve been making. As the sessions are only 20 minutes a week, you’d be forgiven for thinking that this was easy. It is not, but don’t let that put you off. The training is specifically geared towards making you stronger and fitter, with expert guidance, encouragement and support throughout the exercises. Using the latest technology and sports science developments, the sessions target all major muscle groups for a whole-body workout. While being very effective, it has minimal impact on spare time and saves spending hours going to the gym to achieve results.
