Fortitude Fitness Leeds operates with convenient hours: Monday and Wednesday from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 AM to 7:30 PM; Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM; and Saturday from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Please note that the gym is closed on Sundays. Wheelchair accessible parking is available, and for your convenience, the facility accepts various payment options, not being restricted to cash only.

I've been attending strength training classes at the hangar since it opened, and have seen massive progress in my strength. It's good value for money, as you get one-on-one advice, for alot less than a PT session. I've learned how to lift weights with correct form, and am much stronger as a result. I enjoy the small group format, there's a fun & supportive atmosphere, and a mix of abilities. Instructors are great, and being outdoors beats being in a gym.
I’ve been training at Fortitude Fitness since it opened and love it. Really experienced and knowledgeable instructors who coach and push you at every session. Every sessions different too! The small groups mean technique is corrected if needed. The group atmosphere is supportive, friendly and the banter is great..
I have been a member here for about 2 years having never done proper weights before but wanting to have a go. I was attracted by the small group sessions as you get a lot of the benefit of a PT as well as interaction with the other members. The members are great - friendly, welcoming and supportive, and of all ages. The trainers are really helpful and knowledgeable and have helped me be stronger in my 40s than I ever have been! 5*
I have been going to The Hanger for over 2 years attending the early morning sessions. It is great strength and conditioning training and enjoyable at the same time. The instructors are very good and the classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels, recommended highly
The best place to get your strength based bootcamp. Lots of variety to classes - HIT / specific target area sessions / general strength training. All sessions are in small groups. The instructors are simply the best - know their stuff, know their 'students'. Every session is different. Really great people who attend. Most importantly, it's fun. Can't recommend highly enough.
