Not sure how this made it as a historical landmark, and I certainly would not 'visit' it. A rock standing about 10ft tall, It's a useful reference point when navigating access points to Adel Woods/Meanwood Valley. But that's it. I am not sure of the local history/lore of the the rock, but the housing estate that was built next to it bears it's name. As far as I am aware, it is just a point of reference for the place.
A small/medium sized sandstone boulder in Adel Woods. Probably about 10ft tall at its highest point. Maybe good for kids to clamber on.
