Had an amazing experience at Ayur Mantra Ayurvedic Spa! These two lovely people are traditionally trained in Ayurvedic therapies and they are passionate about their work. I had my first massage with Vijith and, the traditional Ayurvedic full-body massage was thorough and relaxing, with skilled therapists who paid great attention to technique and comfort. The steam treatment was the perfect finishing touch, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Wow what an experience! I had the Abhyanga massage followed by a steam, and honestly, I walked out feeling like a brand-new person after working for the NHS. The whole vibe is so calming — you can smell the oils, hear the soothing music, and just melt away. The therapists are amazing and more importantly welcoming — Nideesh & Remya (for my wife) really knew what they were doing and made sure we were comfortable throughout. I learnt more about the South Indian culture with conversation with Nideesh which is fantastic. As a part of my postnatal care i gone for 7 day massage and steam bath in ayur matra. I was in lot of pain before i gone there. On first masssage itself i started to feel difference. Remya who done the massage has good skill in understanding my need and introduced kizhi which was more helpful.
