Attended an annual blood pressure check . All on time, met super nice nurse (sorry didn't get the name) high blood pressure was recorded and was immediately referred to the doctor... saw the doctor who spent 40 minutes on a thorough examination .. really pleasant man ... was sent home with a twice daily pressure input 'app' and he rang me after 4 days to check how I felt and assured me that whilst he was in holiday a colleague would contact me to see if I was Okay..... what more could you ask .. stressful times for NHS but that was fantastic
Poor service, no consideration of patients or urgency to answer calls. Was referred to A&E (tonsillitis was the issue). Nurse in A&E was overheard saying that “Park Surgery are the worst!”…. get your act together people!!! FURIOUS spent a full day waiting to be seen by someone in A&E for tonsillitis. Urgent action needed at Park Surgery both Nafferton & Driffield!!!
