One of the best centre to take OET test. Friendly staff, especially Cristy. Nearest and cheapest parking, Trinity Street Car Park. £3.75 all day.
I am so disappointed with how ELTC communicated that CELTA course is canceled because there's no staff. I filled in the pre interview form on the 2nd of July and sent the application on the 11th (that's the maximum time I can submit) only to find out that the course is canceled. If it's meant to be canceled from the first place, should it be known at least one month before especially if it is related to 'staff issue'. CELTA is a big course that normally requires 10 people. How could it be cancelled after 2 weeks of my application submission? Is that even fair? Because of this, I had to contact other centres that run CELTA this summer. I have to commute to another city to do this course. As a consequence, I have to pay for my train and spend more time on the road. In addition, I missed some discounts of early birds application from another centre. Have you actually thought about it before making the decision? If I knew about this early, I would have just had my CELTA in another place. This so maddening. In my humble opinion, ELTC Sheffield doesn't take their customers seriously.
One of the best exam centres. I have done the OET exam many times And I can confirm you that ELTC is the best place to take your exam in, Quite and organised place and staff are friendly in top of them Mr Watson,
Have made two visits to the ELTC, incidentally a top Sheffield landmark. The first time I was served by an attractive scouser with a good fringe, the second time I encountered a morose bearded fellow who despite his cloudy demeanour attended to my needs adequately. I later learned his football team had lost the previous evening so hold nothing against him. Would come back.
I had a very bad experience doing my ielts speaking test as the examiner treated me arrogantly leaving me with broken emotions and feeling disgusted. I don't recommend this for anyone who intends to take the IELTS test in the future.
