Very friendly, helpful, and personable (although John caught me out several times with his dry sense of humour). Both Dave and John we're brilliant at letting us test drive and finally buy a car. I was after a Lexus IS and saw online that Ecclesall Motor Company had one in. We went down to the showroom and, despite the situation of the place, we had no trouble parking. We were greeted by Tony, one of the owners, who was a thoroughly nice chap. Not pushy at all. Took me for a test drive and was very patient with me (it's some years since I'd driven an automatic!). Offered me a fair price on part-ex of my old car. Unfortunately, the car was a little too small for me, or I would have bought it. Otherwise, a pleasure to do business with and would recommend highly.
