Normally I don't write reviews. But in this case, I think I should. I'm a big believer in the theory of 'Credit where it's due'. I'm not hired by the company, or have any affiliate links. You see, in this day and age, I'm usually very cautious in buying cars, because of the amount of scams and dodgy salesman around;.you never know who is legit and straightforward. And car salesman have a reputation of not showing much interest once you have bought the car. So I was pretty cautious when I went to buy mine. However I was pretty impressed with this company when I bought mine. They were professional and down to earth. Everyone expects little 'teething problems', after initially buying a car. Things about the car that you want changed, or missed during the initial inspection. And it also applied here. Yes, I'm being straight with you. But the thing that impressed me the most about this company was, they did not ignore me, or did not appear difficult when I told them about them. They treated me with the same diligence they had when I was buying the car.They show the same interest in my needs even after buying the car. They listened and was responsive. For a customer, this is a big deal in the world of car buying. And simply went out of their way to make sure I had a good customer experience. I was pleasantly surprised really, it's good to finally come across a legitimate company where you can buy a car, and not have to worry about the after sales experience. So yes, I would recommend you buying from them. I was happy, so I"m confident, you may be happy also. 4th January 2026.

I'm a little late to this review, but hopefully, it can give a good start to the new year. I purchased a vehicle late last year, and it has been fantastic. The customer service and assistance offered by ESA were absolutely fantastic, and they were more than willing to answer any questions I had and fully entertained my queries as I inspected the vehicle. Overall, my experience with ESA has been amazing, and in the future, should I be in the market for another vehicle, ESA will be the place I start my search. Thank you

Very happy with my new car - one week today. She’s a beauty. Do need some detailing but excited to give her a polish. Jamie was super helpful and fast to send me videos/reply to all my questions. Also, picked me up at the station in ‘my’ car. Paperwork all ready. Deal made. Been topless ever since!
