Waited 35 minutes for my appointment and still there was no signs of the Dentist coming free. I am self-employed and could not wait any longer surely if the dentist is running behind they make contact with the client As a courtesy. This is the final straw, rude Dentist, shocking service. I will be looking for somewhere else.
Absolutely appalling treatment of kids. Cancel appointments left right and centre, wait months and months to be rescheduled. Try to get seen for a semi-urgent issue - you have to take your child out of school as they have no appointments to offer outside of school hours! Ridiculous system, poor care. Seems they can do what they like as it is impossible to register with an NHS dentist otherwise. Disgusted.
My first time back at the dentist in a very long while 😬 Got an NHS appointment quickly, booked in for another to get the work done. I was very nervous and anxious, but was really well looked after.

I am very happy to be a NHS patient with this dental practice. For the last 20 years or so, I've had: my regular check-ups, fillings, a crown and on two occasions teeth whitening. I once broke a tooth, leaving a sharp edge. I was given an urgent appointment to take of the razor sharp edge followed by a later appointment to sort out the filling. My dentist is Ms Adina Kirsch. She is a professional and pleasant young lady.
