SMC Brownill Vickers

I was a commercial tenant of SMC Brownill Vickers for 30 years, with no issues. I recently vacated the property on a break clause, which I was a little apprehensive about. Georgia, SMC Brownill Vickers Property Manager, was approachable and professional. She really helped me through the daunting process and I felt I could contact her with any queries that arose. I’d like to thank SMC Brownill Vickers, in particular Georgia, Matt, Robin, also the owners of the property, for the kindness shown to me as our 30 year landlord/tenant relationship came to a close.

Don’t recommend this SMC at all. I used this agency and worked with Francois to take a shop for laundry but when I found out that the shop is not suitable and safe for that I asked the deposit back. But he insisted of doing so brought the landlord to us and left us with him who is not a lawful person at all. The property was leaked for three months and big amounts of mould and fungus spread around the walls. The electric had cut off for a while because of unpaid previous bills. There were so many issues with the shop in fact it was a full scrub. Now that we are stuck with the landlord and have been damaged severely emotionally and financially by him Francois stood away and not doing any action for us to come out of it. Now upon all the losses I suffered I have to spend another couple of thousand to get a solicitor to bring the case to justice.

Can't recommend Brownill Vickers and especially Francois who looked after me enough. Nothing was too much trouble and I was kept updated which was reassuring. Will certainly use them again

I have been working with Francois for a number of years. He has always been very helpful in the purchase of Commercial Property and his local and national knowledge is has been very useful.

They have been so efficient and professional. I have been with them for years both letting and selling. Georgia and Francois are stars.
