I had an excellent experience at the pharmacy. The staff were courteous, efficient, and very professional. After providing my details, I was promptly informed that my GP had just sent through my prescription, and within minutes my medication was ready. Before I left, the pharmacist kindly offered to check my blood pressure and guided me to the area near reception. I really appreciated the friendly and caring service — thank you to the whole team.
The staff are all such sweethearts. Really empathetic, helpful and knowledgeable. They've saved me from needing to get a GP appointment a couple of times, and they make a point of remembering you. Very grateful this is my local pharmacy!
Lo's in Upperthorpe provide a friendly and very efficient service. There is good cooperation with the Upperthorpe GP which, as someone with a recently diagnosed disability, gives me a lot of confidence in my future wellbeing.
The people working there are always super helpful and friendly. I really appreciate how transparent they are about issues with medication stock and other things like that.
