Asked for a quote, a chap turned up this morning during a national COVID lockdown and wasn't going to wear a mask to enter our house until we asked him to. Wore work boots in our bedroom and has left muck for me to clean up now and a strong smell of cigarettes. Not impressed, doesn't give a professional impression. I will be looking elsewhere.
