Joined its 8-person Iceland trip, worst experience ever. We went into car crash with the right side of the car all destroyed BUT THERE ARE NO COMPENSATION AT ALL. Due to this, 2/4 days of our trips got canceled and there’s only like a 10% refund. Definitely choose other travel agency and avoid Zouzou.

I participated in a tour to Iceland organized by Zozou Travel Agency on December 19, 2022. Twenty of the 30-person group were unable to join due to a snowstorm (Iceland shut down all flights and transportation). The travel agency refused to refund or offer any explanation, simply delaying the trip and then quietly disbanding the group chat and disappearing. This is a profoundly irresponsible tour group. While they should have refunded the money, they shirked responsibility and defrauded the participants of all their expenses.

This place specifically rips off international students. The itinerary is extremely unreasonable. The hotel is of poor quality. They profit from the price difference. Customer service is terrible. No refunds are given for cancellations due to weather conditions. Stay away from them!

A travel agency that's been hit by lightning is specifically ripping off international students. I wish the boss's children will be scammed every day when they travel abroad.
