Got my mattress from the bed shop and it was truly a pleasant experience. The team took their time to answer all our enquiries when trying to get the right mattress with the right balance of support and softness. After making my order, I was updated as soon as the mattress arrived and we made arrangements for delivery suiting my availability. The delivery went extremely smooth as well and I’m so so happy with my purchase. Thank you guys at the bed shop! Will definitely be recommending.

Excellent customer service. Rang in the morning to ask about mattresses available for immediate delivery & one was delivered by 12.30pm! Very competitive prices and a good choice to consider. Would highly recommend The Bed Shop 👌

Fantastic, came here as I needed a bed rather short notice (due to having to move back in with my mum), the choice was excellent and the lady in the shop was so helpful. My mum lives in a tiny terraced house with steep twisting stairs but they were able to split the base to make sure it definitely went up the stairs, they assembled it all for her and it looks lovely. The delivery men were so helpful, Would highly recommend.

No pressure shopping at family owned The Bed Shop! Friendly, helpful, assistant who new what he was talking about! Bought a Espoir frame and orthopaedic mattress together. We woke up this morning with the best sleep we've had for a long time! The only bed shop we went to! We did not need to go anywhere else! We would definitely recommend! Thank you! 👍👍👍
