Hillsborough Fencing - Fencing and Timber Merchant

Called in last week, had a word with Reece in the yard and explained what l wanted, he took me around the yard and allowed me to sort out the timber l required, l paid and the timber was delivered at 8.00am the next morning. I picked exactly the timber l required, great service from start to finish! Highly reccomended.

im not one to complain, Fencing is good quality but its a shame about the staff. They are very rude and unhelpful even after we have spent £3000 on fencing and we still need another £1500 worth to Finnish our garden. Delivery guys are useless, this is our second delivery we have had so far and both times they just dump it on the drive even after i asked them if they could help to put them in the back garden as its allot to carry on my own. They say its only curbside / nearest point of the property. So the first delivery we had 22 bags of postcrete and they were ripped due to chucking them on my stones/ driveway. Today the same again but they have fully split open 3 bags all over the drive and path. I rang to complain and the staff are so rude. They are lazy and rude and its a shame. No apology at all but offered to replace broken bags. Fuming.

Called for advice, got a custom made trellis for about £25, ready 2 days later. Everyone was polite and helpful, trellis is well made, thanks!

Dreadful. We visited today and asked a few valid questions regarding fence panels. Both myself and my partner were spoken to in an offensive, patronising and sarcastic manner by the vile man behind the counter. If it wasn't for the fact that my partner is male, it may have appeared that this individual was a misogynist, but he clearly is rude to all. Why on earth he is working in customer service is a mystery. I note other customers have completed reviews saying exactly the same thing, which doesn't surprise me at all. I wouldn't buy from this company if they were the last fencing supplier on earth! A disgrace. Avoid!

Had to replace my fence panels and get a few extra supplies in, very good customer service and speedy delivery all arranged in a few minutes. As I'm doing some re modelling of a very overgrown garden I will happily be placing further orders.
