An absolutely perfect engagement ring and incredible customer service. We really couldn't be happier with the ring, I keep catching my now fiancée looking at it whenever she has the chance, we'll definitely be back for our wedding rings (when we can afford the wedding!).

What can I say about Jess. Right from the start, the process of creating the perfect ring was wonderful. I was doing this all in secret for my proposal; I had an idea of what I wanted but Jess really helped to bring my rough ideas to life. She captured exactly what I wanted and created the most incredible ring. My now wife loved it and needless to say we returned for her and my wedding bands to complete the set. Thank you Jess for the perfect rings and the perfect experience.

An absolutely fabulous independent boutique type fine jeweller. Their designs are beautiful and mesmerising. I particularly love their salt and pepper diamonds with a selection of pre-designed ready to ship / made to order pieces. Even though my partner didn't opt for a bespoke item, any of the pieces they give a sneak peak of are beyond beautiful. I don't know how their design team manages to come up with all the stunning rings. I definitely recommend Jessica Flinn Jewellery. They have a very helpful customer service team also who answered any queries quickly and when I had to get my engagement ring resized they returned my item to me in less than a week, and glimmering even more than when I was first given it (how is that even possible?!). I brought a bespoke wedding ring from Jessica Flinn. I am overwhelmed with how perfectly the ring matches my engagement to the point where the diamonds line up, start and end the the same place. My partner and I visited their shop to find her perfect ring, and they truly delivered. Olivia was friendly and knowledgable and went above and beyond to finalise a design and clarify the process and the costs early on in a timely manner. I was on a strict timescale and they managed to work their magic to deliver the ring on time, and it made our engagement that much more special.
