Terribly slow, unhelpful and accusatory customer services. Normally you find that those buying and selling cameras have a shared passion and therefore a genuine desire to help people find the right one for them - not these guys. Financial gain over any sort of customer satisfaction, refusing to accept a return for an unwanted gift despite it being within the time frame of receiving the gift. Their extended return policy over Christmas is a secret and you only get it if you ask for it, and when enquiring about a return I was met with "You've had plenty of time to decide if you want to keep it", apparently not understanding that gifts are bought ahead of time. Avoid.

sure it’s a good shop but there’s nothing in person to go to. we spent a good few minutes looking for an entrance or something but nothing. there is no location as far as i’m aware. i’m sure online their stuff is good though
