Internet did not work all weekend, no customer service, thoughtless room preparation enough washing products left for one day on a three day booking. Washing machine was broken and stopped with my clothes inside. Tried to charge for early check in. No redeeming features, very tired building and decor within apartment, the bed was tired and creaky. Plates in the cupboard not clean, covered in grease, kitchen bin broken. Would not recommend in the slightest.

Decent sized studio flats but with maintenance issues that are not always resolved.

first impression was ok but on closer looking was very poor for the amount it cost. stayed 4 nights to attend tramlines so needed a comfy base. the room we booked was a one bedroom apartment. the bedroom was not separate it was like a bedsit. the bed was HORRENDOUS. could feel every spring, no mattress cover, it felt very bobbly. we had very poor sleep. one blind did not fit the full length of the window so had to be careful walking around whilst getting ready. the fridge was dirty, the shower was really grimy, half used toiletries in the bathroom. very dusty tv area, broken dining chair, raised and torn area in flooring. the room was also very hot with two little windows that only opened so far. complained to management to no avail however kept getting messages about check out time and the rules of leaving the property i.e, stripping the bed, emptying the bin to avoid an additional £50 charge! i dreaded stripping the bed as didnt want to look at the state of what was under the bedding! was very grim! paid a £150 "damage deposit" which is laughable considering the state of the place. would not recommend to stay here. extremely disappointed. management just want your money. not interested in fixing any issues
