Visiting Information
RT Fitness welcomes clients Monday to Thursday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and on Fridays from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please be aware that the academy is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The facility is committed to accessibility, offering both wheelchair-accessible restrooms and seating. For payment convenience, debit cards are readily accepted.

Reece has been amazing. From day 1 he has been friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. He has been great at helping me get back into exercise after a year-long slump. In under 6 months I am now the strongest I have ever been, and back to a weight I have struggled to reach for over 4 years! Reece has been great at tailoring my workouts to fit around my busy work schedule, and with a strong sports-specific focus (rugby) to get me back in shape and confident enough to rejoin my rugby team! I cannot thank Reece enough. 100% recommend!
I purchased a package of 5 sessions From Reece. As a fellow personal trainer, I can confidently say that Reece stands out in the fitness industry. His depth of knowledge is impressive—he not only understands the science behind training methodologies but also applies that knowledge effectively in sessions. Reece’s approach is rooted in individualized programming, ensuring that each client receives a tailored plan that meets their specific goals and needs. His ability to assess and adapt workouts in real-time demonstrates his keen observational skills and commitment to client success. Coaches need coaching and I can safely say that Reece would be a great bet for anyone looking to achieve a wide manner of fitness goals.
Reece is an absolutely first class personal trainer. He really motivated me to train hard and refresh my outdated workouts. He is very knowledgeable and I felt confident that my form was correct and that the exercises were right for me and what I want to achieve. I even looked forward to some of the sessions! I would 100% recommend Reece.
I’ve just completed 11 sessions with Reece and achieved real improvements in strength and general fitness. His knowledge of fitness techniques, nutrition and motivation are amazing which together with his dedication to doing everything correctly for safety reasons and to maximise the benefits of each session is inspirational. I have trained with Reece for almost a year and always look forward to my weekly sessions, even upper body!!! I am regularly achieving PB's, which Reece celebrates as much as I do, he is genuinely pleased to see me progress. He has also prepared daily personalised sessions which are well planned and work to specific time frames that I have. My confidence has grown considerably, especially with high bar back squat and upper body training and we have spent time perfecting form. I have found Reece to be patient, spend time explaining exercises and very easy to get along with and would highly recommend him.
