Amazing, friendly service (split the sandwich for us to share with separate cutlery without having to ask!) and delicious food. Especially loved the bresola focaccia. Can't wait to come again

Im late to the party here, but we popped to Cafe Tucci on Ecclesall Road for the first time today as it was open on boxing day. The decor and atmosphere was charming, well lit inside with a tempting collection of cakes on display. We had to wait a little mo while the person in front was served, for our wait we were given free little shots of hot chocolate! Thevwait wasn't even long and we were both happy to just take in the environment... hot chocolate always helps tho eh! Plus it was super thick and velvety 😍 I orderd a tart type thing which was apparently the Pastiera Napoletana. I highly recommend this! Packed with taste and a lovely texture. We had coffee to go, filled to the brim and double cupped for my boyf because it was piping hot and he wasn't wearing gloves. We felt truly looked after and only really popped in for a take away coffee to sup round the park. Well-deserving of all the 5 star reviews ☺️

Just incredible. Food and atmosphere is perfection. Really cannot fault it. Can get busy, completely understandably. Great rotation of specials too, and they’ll rustle you up something off menu if you want

I have been coming to this café regularly for over a year and have visited many times. Until now, I have always been satisfied. However, my most recent visit was very disappointing. I ordered a decaf cappuccino and two Museo paninis to take away. When I was asked what kind of bread I wanted, I said the same as usual, as I always order the same panini and am not familiar with the other options. When I opened the box in my car, I was surprised to see a very small sandwich that looked nothing like the Museo paninis I have had many times before. I went back into the café to ask if this was the Museo panini and why it looked so different. I was told the supplier had changed, but then three staff members spoke to me at once, giving different explanations, some in raised voices. My only question was why I paid for something and received something completely different. Unfortunately, there was no apology. As a loyal customer, I feel this was unfair treatment, especially given the price I paid for such a small sandwich. This experience has left me very disappointed.

Lovely food, and great coffee. The staff were amazing and friendly, arguably better than one in city centre.
