I have been very excited to try the food here for a long time. It was all very tasty - we tried most of the menu. There wasn't really a single standout dish though. The staff were generally friendly, but we visited when it was really hot inside and I felt a bit judged when I asked for ice to go with my wine... For the price point and style of restaurant I expected a little bit more.

Truly excellent afternoon evening I would highly recommend going anywhere for anything great service with the wine great food in a bit of ideas and modern cooking along with traditional ingredients service was impeccable. I thank you very much and I look forward to coming back with other friends and family. On the scale of accolade, I would say Definitely bib gourmand level if not more

We came for their Sunday lunch special (they only offer them a few times a year), but we've been several times before for their regular dinner menu. The food is always superb, and the service is impeccable! The new chef Hannah is spectacular - never before has creamed spinach actually made me go back for seconds, and the beef shin was dreamy.

Took my friend for her 30th. She had two mocktails which she enjoyed. I was going to order a wine but when I asked the wines on the board by the glass were 125ml measures for £9-11 a small glass. Decided this was crazyyy expensive so got a Spritz for £9 which I enjoyed. The food was good but some flavours overpowering like the spice level with the smokey chipotle with the courgette was overwhelming. I also thought the meat dish was disappointing and the meat was very fatty, we didn't finish it. We had a panacotta for desert, it was nice but not a panacotta. I wanted to love this place and it fell short unfortunately.

Second time visiting here for out anniversary. Food was even better than the last time. Service was great as always, thanks to Biba for making the night special, and thanks to Sarah who look after us during the meal. Great selection of wine also. Going to try their bakery before returning again.
