The chicken shish and chips were really awesome. Perfectly cooked, slight crisp outside and well cooked inside. The dips were good as well. The restaurant is cleaned and staff is welcoming. The lamb ouzi was not upto my expectations. Parking can be a pain during day time. Looks around in streets nearby.

Ordered chicken quzi £12. Grill combo for £15. 2 x water and salad which we assumed was £5 as on the menu. The chicken quzi was disappointing and not cooked the way we normally have it most places. The guy said they arent a franchise and make it different. He did offer to change it but we were annoyed already because we had paid £43 before we even sat down and later calculated that they charged us £12 for a salad that was not even fresh looking or tasting. Lamb and chicken cubes were nice but no in-house sauces meant it was boring to eat. Even though they knew we mentioned we we're unhappy with the quzi and wrong salad order.. they didnt check on us or ask if we are enjoying our dry meal. On the way out, one employee apologised for the bad experience as he knew we didnt enjoy it. There was only one other customer in the restaurant so they could've made more effort. In response to your reply: You didn't offer money back on anything nor offer the correct salad we wanted. Yes you offered to replace the quzi but we didn't want to trouble you and wait even longer for our food. Sauces were pre bought bottled stuff. And your "salad" looked and tasted stale. The houmous and coleslaw tasted shop bought and not fresh. Hence why we hardly touched the salad as we didn't enjoy it. Your place felt like a takeaway with seating so it wasn't the experience we were expecting. As this was our first time here and we ordered "wrong choices" and we didn't ask for you to confirm our order before paying... your lack of customer service skills is the reason for a low review 😊

I ordered kofta wrap it was really yummy and heavy, but I did not like the french fries due the oily taste. The price for both was around 8.50£.

Absolutely fantastic food! Would definitely come back. Chicken shish and shawarma were tasty but the menu has so many options to try! Great value for money

Genuinely had an amazing experience as always. Went with my wife and baby. The place was busy and seating took a couple of minutes. Staff could not be helpful enough apologising for making us stand for a few minutes while a table freed up. Food was almost immediate and fresh. The food as always is incredible 10/10. Amazing grilled options. Very reasonably priced. Only slight thing I could say is they used to include hummus as a dip which they now don't which is a shame. A must recommend for anyone wanting to try authentic Kurdish food.
