Cannot recommend Meat enough. Food is always excellent, staff are helpful with really quick service. You can wait for a table but you just need to get there early. We have tried a bit of everything and it is all amazing even the sides. Will be back deffo

As close to perfection as it gets!! This is the real deal people. The meat is perfectly cooked and tender, not too dry and not over seasoned and salty. Just perfect. I have tried other BBQ places and frankly they are a poor imitation, this is the real deal!! If you closed your eyes and someone said you’re eating in the best BBQ place in Texas or South Carolina (the home of BBQ) - I wouldn’t be suprised with the quality of this food - It’s just that good. My wife isn’t a huge carnivore but she loved the pulled brisket sandwich and I have to agree. It’s not too overpowering. The mustard BBQ sauce was an amazing complement too. Zingy and sharp. Just what you need with so much rich food. What an absolute treat. Can’t wait to go back.

100% recommend this place. There are plenty of Argentinian and Brazilian meat-feast spots around, and honestly, I’ve found most of them a bit disappointing. Not this one. The staff were genuinely interested in our thoughts—never intrusive, just clearly passionate and proud of what they’re doing. Now, let’s talk about the meat. Packed with flavour and absolutely melting in the mouth. Relaxed bench-style seating, quick service, and a great atmosphere. They’ve really got something good going on here. Well done, lads.

We've been twice, both times on a Saturday around 5pm and were able to get a seat pretty quickly. We also took our 18 month old son and he loves the food. The staff were really helpful in sorting out a seat and making space for the high chair too, they engaged with our son, made conversation and were on hand to answer questions. Overall, this is an exceptional addition to the Sheffield food scene. The meat is cooked to perfection, the staff clearly love their job and the atmosphere is great. But overall, it feels like a good value place to eat, too. We paid £60 on both visits and went for the Carnivore Plate and added slaw, BBQ beans 2 drinks and some sauces.We left feeling full, but not like we needed to be rolled out of the place. It's very good quality meat too. Don't listen to the negative reviews about food running out, it's a smokehouse, it takes hours to prepare their meat, taking bookings for a small business is suicide these days as so many people no-show and the portions are plenty for a normal person. Every meal is well over 1000 calories and nobody needs more than that! It's a new business, they need support as they perfect their craft even more.

I’ve visited M•eat twice now and can’t wait to go again. Unbelievable food, all different variety’s of high quality meats and sides. Nice atmosphere with friendly staff and country music to give an American smoke house vibe. Highly recommend the short rib! Will definitely be back & bringing friends!
