Parked here on 28/06/2025 to go for lunch on the road below. I thought the car park was great with good rates until I got hit with a Parking Charge through my letter box today. I even paid on the Twin Pay app, so I got a previous record of my transaction. I submitted my appeal today, so I hope they cancel before I have to pay ÂŁ100. Might have to avoid this money scamming of a car park in the future.
Four cars were Parked illegally, not in the bay. I couldn’t move my car I had to wait more than three hours until car’s owners coming.this incident happened in Wembley branch Private car park(002 Location Code). I tried to contact this Phone number. No one answered .I just visited from far away.I struggled with my kids. This incident happened 17.May.2025
Avoid this car park at all costs. Date of experience: 31/05/2025 Location: Broom Close & Keetons Hill Car Park, Sheffield, S11 8BU Warning to anyone thinking of parking here: do not risk it. I was issued a £100 fine after genuinely attempting to pay at the machine, which was clearly faulty — it kept displaying “Unknown error, please try again.” I wasn’t the only one. Several other drivers experienced the same issue and were also unable to pay, despite trying multiple times. I sent an appeal with photographic proof the same day. No response. Weeks later, the fine increased to £100, and they claimed I hadn't contacted them at all. Now taking to IAS then if IAS do not do anything it will be taken to DVLA This isn’t parking management — it’s a trap. Broken machines, no support, and a complete lack of accountability. The app is also shocking and was not working so could not pay via that, If you want to avoid a fine you don’t deserve, steer well clear of this place. Bank Park clearly isn't interested in fairness — just profit.
Avoid this car park at all costs – it’s a trap, not a parking facility. I attempted to pay for parking at Broom Close & Keetons Hill Car Park (Sheffield S11 8BU) on but the machine was broken and repeatedly displayed “Unknown error” messages. Multiple drivers tried and failed to pay. I took photos to prove this and submitted a formal appeal to Bank Park Management Ltd the same day — which they ignored. Weeks later, I received a backdated letter (received much later), saying the charge had increased and I had “missed” the appeal window — even though I had already appealed. I contacted them again with proof and was ignored a second time. Now they've passed the matter to a debt collection agency (ZZPS) demanding £170, and they’ve provided no way to appeal — only links to pay. It’s clearly designed to shut you out of any fair resolution. I’ve now taken the following actions: Filed a formal complaint with the Independent Parking Community (IPC). Reported this operation to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice. Contacted my local MP for Sheffield (Paul Blomfield) and supplied evidence of the machine fault, ignored appeals, and exploitative collection tactics. I’m not just some passive victim — I’m fighting this, and I know my rights. If you don’t want to waste hours of your life and risk an unfair £170+ fine, DO NOT PARK HERE. Tell your friends. This is not parking enforcement — it’s entrapment. Next step is court.
Avoid this car park – unfair and misleading Visited on 31/05/2025. Tried multiple times to pay, but the machine kept giving an “Unknown error” and the app wouldn’t work either. Others there had the same issue. I appealed with photo evidence, but weeks later all I got back was an automated email claiming I failed to display a ticket — even though the sign clearly says pay on exit, not display one! Now they’ve increased the fine to £100 and ignored my evidence completely. Feels like a money-making trap, not a properly managed car park. Steer clear.
