Great experience from Prestige Vehicles and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle. Found the car through Autotrader and was instantly drawn to it because of its low miles and 1 owner from new... something hard to find for an 11 year old car! I called them up and enquired about the car, spoke with Ashley and he gave me a quick overview of the car and explained it was a vehicle known to them and they had loked after for the past few years, he instantly offered to do a walk round video of the car once I explained I wasn't local. The video arrived with me within an hour and Ashley went round the whole car talking through different areas of the car to give a honest view of it. After receiving the video and being happy with what I saw, I reserved the car online through their website via the refundable £99 deposit. I explained that I couldn't take the car until my current one had sold, and this was no problem for them, just asked i keep them in the loop with what was happening. On the day of collection the car was moved and put in a place so it was easy to look at, I had looked round the car and was happy with it's condition and service records. I had noted one small issue with the car which was easy to spot if you look under the car (drivers rear airbag had over inflated while on a lift so wasn't seated correctly) but not everyone checks under a car, showed this to Ashley and he agreed that it wasn't right. Ashley asked for one of their mechanics to come down to the showroom, and within 20 minuets the issue had been resolved and I was taken to go check it over and can confirm they had sorted the issue. I was trusted to take the car by myself for a test drive which was nice so I could make my own impression of the car, and after the test drive I was happy with everything so confirmed my purchase of the car - I was given a platinum warranty at no additional cost and was reassured that if I get any issues (which as of today is none) that I could call them and they will do what they can to help out. After reading some negative reviews, I think people need to understand that when dealing with used cars, you do run a risk of getting problems... but I can honestly say that I feel Prestige Vehciles do their best to represent the car in a honest way and although I have no problems to report, I'm sure they will do their best to help me. P.S - Your detailer has done a great job on my car and all the other cars in the showroom!
