I was impressed with Universal Locksmith's work after I contacted them. Mark was able to come out the same day, and came across as highly knowledgeable and resourceful in his trade. He was faced with a tricky situation (a stuck door) and was able to resolve it and complete the job (lock replacement). I found the price very reasonable as well. I also liked the little stories and insights he shared while he worked away - clearly someone with a passion for what they do. I'd highly recommend!

We had just moved to the area and so being faced with key and lock-related problems only added to the stress of the move. Mark managed to resolve our problems and sort out our door. He also provided great advice in relation to other potential security issues. Very impressed by Mark's knowledge and approach to work. Mark also cut us multiple sets of keys at a great price.
