I was told off by the older gentleman at the counter for bringing “too many parcels” - I had 4 small envelopes, each less than 500g. I asked why and he started ranting that yodel don’t give him enough postal bags. Not sure how this is my fault. I’ve dropped off parcels there before and they always give you attitude like you are an inconvenience to them. Also, the printer has been out of order for over a year now. The shop at Greystones give you a much better service

I’ve dealt with other staff who work here who have been lovely, however there is an older gentleman who works here who consistently has been rude and abusive towards me. Judging from the reviews I am not the first person this has happened to. He refused to send my yodel parcel and I had to argue to get him to do it and he continued to be mean and dismissive through the whole process. Poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced! I wouldn’t bother .

We used the shop to collect a couple of Yodel parcels - the older gentleman (if you can call him a gentleman) rudely huffed and puffed, whilst throwing all the parcels he picked up all over the place. He then complained that we shouldn’t have our parcels sent there as it caused a queue in his shop! Unfortunately, he is always this rude whenever we use the shop.

Extremely rude staff. They hold customers in contempt. I've had issues posting parcels there a few times before but it's a general attitude. Customers are an inconvenience to them.
