Just to say they are fantastic people so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble . I can do a prescription in the morning and then it’s ready so quickly day after. Service as it should be,iam old school.👍lovely Ced

All the staff at Banner Cross surgery go out of their way to help with my husband’s multiple prescriptions. They are very helpful and always cheerful and kind. I often rush in at the end of a long day at work with a query, they never fail to look into ‘missing’ prescriptions and sort out the tablets. Reassuring to know they will not let him run out of his medications Thank you

The staff are always friendly and helpful amd cannot do enough for you. I always receive a text advising me that my perscription is ready to collect. I now have my flu injection there.

My decision to move to Banner Cross Pharmacy from my previous was the best I ever made. My monthly prescription is notified by text, with my order always made up and ready for collection at a later date. If there is a text book way of supplying prescriptions, this is it. Thank you Banner Cross for showing to the others the way it should be done.
