I'm shocked to have read the review regarding Samantha, she is most definitely not pretentious or discriminative in any way she is one of the nicest friendliest people i have ever met. She always has a smile and is very welcoming, she definitely goes the extra mile to help everyone . This has been my pharmacy for many year's and wouldn't go anywhere else because the service is second to none, well done to the whole team your all fantastic
Having read the reviews on here I felt the need to write my own review, all of the negative reviews all false. The manager Samantha is a lovely women who helps customers in any way she can. I was in the store when she was giving a homeless man food for the winter. Overall the shop is lovely and helpful it’s one of the best in Sheffield.( I have been to many pharmacies)
On multiple occasions, this branch has managed to mess up repeat prescription orders – usually due to being partially or completely out of stock and subsequently failing to provide paper prescriptions so urgent medication can be collected elsewhere by the patient. This is unhelpful and leaves vulnerable people in bad situations. If you need a local collection point for prescriptions, I recommend the Boots in Waitrose instead as they’re much more reliable.
I pay for my medication to be delivered but for the past 3 to 4 months I've had to ring them up every single time to ask where is my medication. Early last year (2022) for about 3 months they didn't send out a medicine that was on automatic repeat, I had to chase them up. There were times when they didn't give fridge items to the driver but tried to blame the driver for me not getting my medication. In the most recent issue, they didn't have 1 of my vital meds and for more than a week instead of telling me, they just said that they owed me. It wasn't until I chased them up again that I was told that they couldn't get the item, which meant I had to try to get my medication from another pharmacy before I ran out. I wish I could give them nimus.
I went there the first time for BP readings. It’s was high, so I agreed with a gentleman there,to come again within two weeks for another BP.Where the BP medication will time for full effect. Which I did, however a lady named Samantha was pretentious and acted In a discrimination and aggressive way. And shouted loudly twice while speaking with her colleagues, at the back of the room: LET HER BUY HER OWN BP DEVICE AND NOT COME AGAIN, BECAUSE SHE IS WASTING 20 MINUTES OF OUR TIME. Her colleague came to me ashamed and embarrassed by her attitude, and I responded to her with understanding, because I didn’t want to cause her more trouble with Samantha negative attitude. I was not angry or sad, in fact,I felt sorry for here and the whole team working with her. Another than that, the lady named ivanka, who took my BP was amazing and very professional.
