Unhelpful and unfriendly. Our parcel was too heavy. There appears to be no clear difference between this and other post offices. Very annoying. Will do my best to avoid this place in the future.

Refused a parcel that wasn’t that big as too big and were incredibly rude about it. Why be listed as somewhere you can have parcels delivered to if they don’t want to be.

Well where do I start. While I feel some empathy for this business owner, I cannot hide my frustration at his lack of communication skills whilst dealing with the general public at this difficult time! He vented his anger at me, because he feels that people are abusing his service as a post office. Had he asked me what it was that I was posting, I would have told him , then he could have said whether it was an “essential “ item, to be posted, but no he just said that I was abusing the system. I have only come out for one reason only and this is because a lady is losing her hair and she needs to continue treatment! So brothers and sisters, if you can find an alternative friendly post office, PLEASE USE THEM!

poor service - tried to charge me twice for an item, refused to give me the benefit of the doubt despite me showing them that the transaction had gone through on my banking app - the shop is often understaffed and customer service is invariably unfriendly
