Tried to donate a new in its original packaging steam iron that retails at £300 (its a phillips perfect care elite) to be told that they don't accept donations on a Saturday or Tuesdsy for health and safety reasons as they'd "get overwhelmed". There were three staff/volunteers on the shop floor with a sole customer, and me trying to donate a single high value item. I made a special trip from one side of sheffield to the other on my only day off this week to be turned away. If this is truly a policy of St Lukes its highly detrimental and damaging to the reputation and cause. Im genuinely really disappointed, and won't try to donate again sering how I work full time and can only donate on a Saturday. Shame on you.

I always have a wonderful experience while I'm looking around the shop, The staff are always friendly. and I always have a giggle with them. I think people think charity. means that they sell stuff cheap. but the meaning of charity is they're trying to make as much money for the Hospice as they can. Prices can be high. But can you put a price on end of life care, which Saint Luke's provides Even to my Granddad, which my family all appreciated. my Granddad had the most comfortable. last couple of weeks. Me and my family thank St Luke's for that. And don't forget this is a Sheffield Based charity that is only run in. Sheffield

The store staff are really friendly and has great access for wheel chairs and buggies. Love the book section and china section...The only down side is the clothing in my opinion seems to be really pricey. Compares to other St luke stores i visit.

I really love this St. Luke's! It's always really well organised, and stocked-up on items. The staff are really nice, polite, respectful and always up for a quick chat. Having a partner who has worked at charity shops, I can say the pricing is very good! The changing room is always a great bonus, as not every charity shop offers this.
