Brilliant shop. Excellent range of refill cleaning products and food items, and also cards and gifts. Staff are super helpful and very knowledgeable about products. Always something new to discover at this shop - I don’t know how they pack so much into a small space!

We’ve been shopping with the Bare Alternative for over 4 years now and it’s our number one spot in Sheffield for refills and sustainable living. The shop has a large supply of washing detergent and fabric softener on-tap so we’re able to fill our 5l tubs without feeling like we’re taking all their stock. We also appreciate the large variety of stock cupboard ingredients they have available, and the dispensers mean less jars and scoops to faff about with compared to other refill shops.

Excellent source of no waste environmentally conscious shopping. I use it for refills of cereals , rice, nuts and cleaning products and lots more.

Wide range of products especially for grains, nuts, pastas etc. Household and gift sections are also well stocked and nicely displayed which make a lovely shopping experience. They stock Miniml refillable body wash/shampoo/laundry detergents which smell nice and great for the planet - has saved me dozens of plastic bottles. Shoutout to Paddy who has recommended some good products which I come back to. My favourite store in Sheffield!
