Elite level coaching - Ben is extremely knowledgeable. My boxing has come on a lot over the last couple of months and this is down to Ben. He’s looked after me with a couple of pairs of gloves too - the shop sells everything you need and top facilities for training in the back.
Having played at learning to box for years, I finally decided to invest in some one to one coaching (with Ben at Flow Boxing) and it is really proving worth it. Getting the basics right gives a strong foundation to build on, and I believe I am starting to achieve that foundation under Ben’s guidance and tuition. His patience, focus, analytical observation and coaching technique are all excellent, delivered in a great learning environment / gym. Very happy with everything - strongly recommended.
Great boxing shop with some lovely kit in. The owner is super helpful and is on hand to make sure you make the right purchase to suit your budget and goals. Picked up a few nice bits and will be coming back soon.
I started my first session with Ben as an absolute novice, having never thrown a punch in my life. Ben is a really approachable guy, clearly knows his craft, and has a great way of delivering training in a really straight forward way. I'd definitely recommend Ben & Flow Boxing to anyone looking to get fit and improve their skills!
Just had my first few PT sessions with Ben this last week. I have no words to describe how good they have been. He’s on it, incredibly welcoming and felt at home straight away. He’s one of these people that turns boxing into air, and as soon as you walk into his shop, you want to breathe it in. what a cool energy, what a great shop, and what an amazing Gym.
