Pond Farm Bed & Breakfast

We had one of the best stays here over father's day weekend. It is beautifully quaint. The hosts were gracious and cooked an incredible breakfast for us each morning. It was very clean and well maintained. There is a great pub right across the street, the White Swan. We will definitely come to this area to specifically stay with our hosts at Pond Farm in the future.

Wonderful hosts. Very friendly and couldn't do enough to make us feel at home. Very comfortable and spacious room. Especially luxurious bed. Nice quiet village. Good pub. Lots to do in the area. Would recommend to anyone.

Outstanding. Very quiet location. Excellent hosts who couldn't do enough to make us feel at home. Most enjoyable. Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable bed and excellent shower and lovely (cooked) breakfast; the whole guest accommodation was beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished to a very high standard.LIked in particular the lovely tv/sitting room available for guests.

We made a booking at Pond Farm with Booking. com to celebrate my wife's birthday. Although it seems there may have been an error on the actual booking with Booking. Com ie. The booking had been made for one person not two. We had recieved the following letter from the property host. Dear Michael, Thank you for your booking, we are pleased to confirm the details of your bed and breakfast reservation at Pond Farm for 2 adults staying for 2 nights in our Double Room with En-Suite Bathroom arriving on Friday 21 April 2023 and departing on Sunday 23 April 2023. The total cost is GBP 178.00, this can be paid by card on departure. Your room will usually be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival and we ask that guests vacate their room by 10am on your day of departure. Breakfast is served between 8am and 9am. On arrival we were greeted by the host with the words "oh there's two of you I was only expecting one, you will have to pay more". I provided the above details but the host was adement that this had been written by her husband and that there would be no discussion and that she would like us to leave the property. This left us at 6.00pm trying to find alternative accommodation. Please be careful with your paperwork if you book. 냹
