I have been a few times now, lovely atmosphere, chatty,friendly staff & owner. Not tried the cakes which looked very nice but the food I have had each time has been tasty & of a good standard. Happy to keep returning 🙂
I happened to pass by this café today and was in a rush to find a restroom. The owner was incredibly kind and friendly, letting me use theirs even though I wasn’t a customer at first. I decided to get a mocha afterward, and it was absolutely delicious rich in flavor and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this place! The owner is genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve met! !

The food is amazing friendly atmosphere and always welcoming would recommend the regular all day breakfast so tasty i even took home the handmade rainbow cake and it was so nice will defo be back
Not unlike the shopkeeper in the Mr Benn classic children's animation, this place seemingly appeared as if from nowhere. It would be rude not to sample the wares of a new establishment and I'm glad I did. Welcoming staff, pleasant atmosphere and a lovely bacon, egg & mushroom sandwich for a mere £4 to take away. Prepared quickly, foil wrapped it arrived home still warm and was simply delicious. Thank you Gingerbread cafe and welcome to the area 🙂
