Looks like it’s been warmed up and taste/smells like fish and the chicken is so dry can’t really chew it and my sister is pregnant and this is what we’ve been sent I wouldn’t even give it to my dog!!! it was 19pound for that
Delivery took over an hour from time of ordering. Food was nice but the salt and pepper chips and chicken were overly spicy from what I remember. I can handle my spice but I even struggled to eat it. It didn’t use to be this spicy so I was quite disappointed to not be able to finish it. Otherwise it was nice.
that little man behind counter always carrying on with either his wife or delivery drivers. poor English girl looks uncomfortable. tried multiple things, everything has an underlying aftertaste of salt. the thai curry, the bqq sauce, the chow mein. ive eaten plenty of decent chinese food to know this is poor quality.
Ordered Salt & Pepper box for nephew. Wonderful by name, but definitely not by taste, appearance and smell. Disgusting, waste of money. After 3 mouthfuls it went in the bin. If they were Chicken Balls….they smelt and tasted like fish. Chips were dry and bland and god knows where the Chicken was in the Salt and Pepper Chicken…just batter. One star and that’s because I can’t give a big fat 0.
We have used Wonderful a number of times but never had an issue until last night. The food usually is fab but my noodles were overly dry. They were edible so no cause for complaint until my husband commented how the textures of his satay chicken were ‘strange’ but manageable. At £36 for our food, we weren’t going to make a fuss and waste it. However, half way through he bit into abit of chicken that smelt putrid & fishy and he nearly threw up. He has since been ill. I rang Wonderful for them to check their chicken and request a refund for that dish, to be passed around while hearing shouting in the background that was clearly about my complaint. There was no apology or remorse, just transferred the balance of the dish. Won’t be using this place again.
